Information for Poster Authors

Thank you for submitting your poster abstract for Metal 2025 and congratulations on its acceptance!

Here you will find details of the final preparation and submission of the poster.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

Please Note:​

  • Conference attendance by at least one author to present the poster is mandatory.

​

Poster format

Your poster should be prepared at A1 size (59.4 x 84.1 cm) in portrait orientation.

Please ensure that all text is appropriately sized to be readable.

 

Language
Posters must be submitted in English (British, American or other recognised version).​​

Poster Printing

​​Print services are available at Cardiff University. Please arrange for your poster to be printed by emailing the print service if you would prefer to print on arrival in Cardiff. Details can be found on the Cardiff University website: Bute Building Print Services
